Training and Onboarding
New Users are required to attend an official
Slate for Student Success New User Onboarding Event
within the first month of account access. Once the new user account is approved, the user will receive an email with the upcoming virtual onboarding events to RSVP.
In addition to New User Onboarding training, we expect that each new user is provided with internal training by a peer or mentor from their specific work group or office area. This peer training should communicate to the new user how your office uses Slate and what their expectations are given your established business processes.
